Security Enhancements
We’ve strengthened our platform’s security to ensure a safer and more protected environment for your data:

Server Infrastructure Upgrade
We’ve performed a significant upgrade to our underlying server infrastructure to boost performance and stability:
- Improved Performance and Stability: Our server infrastructure has been upgraded to the latest technology, resulting in noticeable improvements in system speed, responsiveness, and overall stability. This upgrade lays the groundwork for future enhancements and ensures a more robust experience.
Reporting Improvements
We’ve updated key reports to a more modern and user-friendly layout:
- Aging Patient Details Report: Now features a streamlined, new layout for easier navigation and data analysis.

- AR Aging Summary: Also updated to the new layout, providing a clearer overview of your accounts receivable.

Charting Enhancements
Experience a more intuitive and comprehensive charting process:
- Integrated Past Medical and Family History Notes: Notes for Past Medical and Family History now display directly within their respective sections on the encounter page. This means no more clicking a separate icon on the top Histories banner – all information is available at a glance.

- Pharmacy Information in Chart Notes: A new chart note setting allows you to include essential pharmacy details directly within your medication entries.


- Enhanced Chart Note Section Settings: We’ve added a dedicated section in settings for more granular control over your chart note configurations.


- Updated Encounter Section Setting Screen: Refinements have been made to the Encounter Section Settings screen for better customization.


Lab Updates
- “Radnet” Lab Added to Order List: You can now easily add “Radnet” lab to the print multiple order list, resolving previous requisition issues and streamlining your lab ordering process.
System Upgrades
- Dynamo-soft Scan Driver Upgrade: The Dynamo-soft scan driver has been upgraded for improved performance and reliability when scanning.
New Modules
- New Decision Support Interventions Module: We’ve introduced a new Decision Support Interventions module, designed to provide valuable insights and aid in clinical decision-making.

Quality Measures
- 2025 CQM Reporting Measures Updated: The Clinical Quality Measure (CQM) reporting measures for the 2025 year have been fully updated to comply with the latest requirements.
Billing Changes
Significant enhancements have been made to the billing module to give you more control and visibility:
Payer Setup Changes
- MedicapID Field Added: You can now add the MedicapID directly within the payer setup, improving claim accuracy.
- Secondary Insurance Claim Options: New options are available for secondary insurance claims, allowing you to specify whether to send them as an E-claim or Paper claim.
- “Do Not Send as Original Claims” Setting: A new setting “Do not send as original claims” has been added per payer, giving you more flexibility in claim submission.
- Follow-up Day Field: You can now specify Follow-up days in the payer setup, helping you manage claim follow-ups more efficiently.
ERA Screen Improvements
- Automated ERA Print Screen Closure: The ERA print screen will now automatically close after posting, streamlining your workflow.

- Enhanced Adjustment Reason Dropdown: The adjustment reason dropdown is now larger, and missing descriptions have been added for clearer selection.

- Larger ERA Print Pop-up: The ERA print pop-up window has been made larger for better readability and ease of use.

- Highlighting for Zero Values: Rows with a paid amount, copay, coinsurance, or deductible of zero will now be highlighted, making it easier to spot these entries.
