Nexus Clinical was founded in 2009 with a vision & mission to develop & deliver Healthcare IT solutions to ambulatory medical practices. We believe in adaptability and flexibility; our EHR & PM solutions can be easily tailored to suit the needs and expectations of all medical specialties.
We have been standing tall in this highly competitive market for over one and a half decades, thanks to our resilience and insatiable hunger to make a mark. As it stands, Nexus EHR is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria for Health IT and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Pradeep is an entrepreneur and inventor with over 30 years of experience across automotive, medical, and large-scale IT networks. He holds numerous patents and has founded multiple successful organizations, including SysTech International, which was later acquired by Sweden’s publicly traded Opus Group. He also founded the Poonam Tripathi Foundation, a non-profit supporting underprivileged children in India. Since founding Nexus Clinical in 2009, Pradeep has applied his Industrial Engineering background to building efficient, high-impact organizations from inception to success.

Pooja has over 25 years of experience in managing multi-functional teams and company operations. She has been involved with Nexus Clinical since the inception of the company and has taken over as CEO since 2018. Her versatility and passion for perfection in everything she does adds to the growth of the company and enthuses new spirits in everybody associated with her to scale new heights in their endeavors.

Kiran brings over 25 years of experience in the design and development of software. He has been involved in the design and development of Nexus EHR and related healthcare IT modules for Nexus. Prior to joining Nexus, he was involved in the design and development of B2B and end-user software for various business domains.

Aatish is a strategic growth leader with over 15 years of experience in market expansion and commercial strategy. At Nexus Clinical, he leads the company’s Go-To-Market efforts, aligning product innovation with market demand to drive adoption and deliver value to healthcare providers. By bridging sales, marketing, and product development, he helps position the Nexus suite at the forefront of the healthcare IT industry while supporting the company’s scalability and revenue growth.
Jennifer Somers
Meet Jennifer Somers, a medical biller and consultant with a passion for increasing revenue and improving processes. Jennifer has dual certifications from AAPC as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM). With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she has developed a strong set of skills and has a proven track record of success. Jennifer has held many positions as she expanded her career path working in hospitals and provider offices of various types in several states. This has led her to work closely with Nexus Clinical EHR software.
