We would like to take the time to express our extreme satisfaction with the work of Nexus Support. For the past 2 years they have been nothing but helpful to our practices, our staff and to us. They have consistently responded to our numerous questions and requests in a very courteous and efficient manner, and have never denied a request from any of our staff. They have been quite an asset in helping us set up templates and “tweaking” the EMR to fit our needs. Nexus Clinical has tied it all together for my practice. I have a reliable cloud that securely stores my patients’ files. The software is flexible and I can enter data in any way that I please. We implemented the Nexus Clinical EHR system in conjunction with the Medusind (formerly Avisena) practice management system in February 2014. The initial integration between these two systems was almost flawless. The systems came together quickly and have functioned seamlessly as one system with a minimum of problems. By this time, problems have pretty much disappeared, but those we had along the way were always addressed quickly and successfully. I have been tremendously impressed by the expertise and professionalism of the Nexus Clinical staff. They are consistently courteous, easy to work with, and always remain focused on our problems.

They provided excellent training for the Staff and the Physicians, even providing new options for unforeseen problems. Nexus which can customize to our needs, communicates with us as much as we want, has ubiquitous accessibility, and new powerful features like a built in PACS for less than the cost of upgrading our previous system. Nexus makes a continuous effort to grow by listening to suggestions from its customers. It just keeps getting better and better. All EHRs should be like Nexus’s philosophy, progression through innovation with technology, and conversations with its customers.

Since transitioning to Nexus Clinical, the physicians and staff have been pleased with the level of responsiveness to problems and charting issues that have arisen. Our primary support person since implementation has been excellent. He responds on a timely basis to all requests is very patient when dealing with staff or physicians, and is creative with solutions to problems we present. No EMR transition is easy, and I have found very few physicians under the age of 40 who love their EMRs. However, Nexus Clinical goes beyond expectations for support and design flexibility and has made our transition and subsequent operation a smooth one. We appreciate their commitment to a satisfied customer.
